Returns & Exchange Policy

At Parthvi Handicrafts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As our products are handcrafted decorative items, we maintain a clear and fair returns and exchange policy.

Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchange

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received during delivery
• Wrong product delivered

To be eligible, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or engraved talwars
• Minor variations in design, color, or finishing
• Change of mind after purchase
• Products damaged due to misuse

Handmade variations are natural and not considered defects.

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Damage (if applicable)
  3. Share your order details.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

4. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

• We will arrange a replacement for the same product.
• Replacement will be shipped after verification.
• No additional charges will apply for approved cases.

5. Refund Policy

We generally provide replacement only, not refunds.

Refunds may be issued only if:

• Replacement product is unavailable
• Order cannot be fulfilled

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping costs may be covered by Parthvi Handicrafts only in approved cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
• In all other situations, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

7. Important Notes

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
